Jason Wang has served as Fincera’s Chief Financial Officer since July 2009. Prior to joining Fincera, Mr. Wang served as Director of Research and Analytics at Private Equity Management Group Inc. where he was responsible for analysis of prospective investments, credit and cash flow analysis, and valuations.

From July 2005 to December 2007, Mr. Wang worked at QUALCOMM Inc., a developer and innovator of advanced wireless technologies, products and services, where his responsibilities included all phases of venture capital investing, from target company identification to portfolio management.

From July 2004 to July 2005, Mr. Wang was an investment banking associate at Relational Advisors LLC, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity fundraising.

From March 2000 to July 2002, Mr. Wang was the Director of Corporate Development and Planning at 24/7 Real Media Inc., a global digital marketing company. Prior to that, Mr. Wang was an investment banking analyst in the Global Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Chase Securities Inc.

Mr. Wang received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2004 and bachelor degrees from both the Wharton School and the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania in 1998.

Lei Chen has served as Fincera’s Senior Vice President since April 2009. Mr. Chen has also served as a Senior Vice President in charge of the finance department and investor relations services for Fincera since September 2008.

From January 1996 to September 2008, Mr. Chen served as a Senior Vice President managing the finance and investor relations department for Hebei Kaiyuan Auto Trading Co., Ltd., a company affliated with Mr. Yong Hui Li.

Mr. Chen received a Bachelor of Economics degree from Hebei Finance and Economics University in 1989.

Jinyu Peng has served as Senior Vice President of Fincera since April 2009, and manages Fincera's risk control and business operations.

Previously, Mr. Peng served as the Chief Operating Officer of Fincera Group beginning in September 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Peng was a Deputy GM at Hebei Kaiyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a company affiliated with Mr. Yong Hui Li, where he was responsible for real estate development, including construction, window and door production, and property management. From January 1996 to September 2008, Mr. Peng served as a Senior General Manager at Hebei Kaiyuan Auto Trading Co., Ltd., a company also affiliated with Mr. Yong Hui Li.

Yuan Su has served as Deputy GM and General Manager of the Development Center at Fincera since March 2012.Mr. Su is responsible for overseeing the research and marketing for the company's new financial products. Previously, Mr. Su has served as a director of operations for the company's vehicle leasing business.

Prior to joining Fincera, from 1981 to 2008, Mr. Su was a Deputy GM of China Huabei Pharmacy Marketing Ltd. and GM of China Huabei Hesite Pharmacy Marketing Ltd. Mr. Su received a Master's of Economics from Nankai University in 1999.

Yongsheng Wei has served as Deputy GM and General Manager of the Administration Center at Fincera since March 2012. Mr. Wei is responsible for managing the Company's human resource, administrative, and legal departments. Previously, Mr. Wei served as General Manager of Fincera Hebei Provincial Company and Director of the Administrative Center.

Mr. Wei possesses 20+ years of practical legal experience, having served at China Judicial Institution from 1984 to 2008.
